The Carob Tree is a hardy evergreen tree valued for its glossy foliage, attractive form, and distinctive pods. Tolerant of heat, drought, and coastal conditions, it’s ideal for Mediterranean‑style gardens, shade planting, or as a long‑lived feature tree. Thrives in full sun and well‑drained soil.
